Answered before you ask.

Is the data hosted in Saudi Arabia?

Yes — Firebase me-central2 (Dammam) for both auth and data. PDPL-compliant by design; sub-processor list is in our DPA.

Can we run multiple cohorts (PPL, CPL, ATPL)?

Yes. The 1,499 SAR plan covers up to three concurrent cohorts; each cadet counts once even if enrolled in two tracks.

What does a cadet see vs an instructor?

Cadets get the regular Fly GACA app: library, Captain Adel (unlimited), exam prep, logbook, currency. Instructors additionally see the cohort dashboard with the full roster. Cadet-to-cadet visibility is off by default.

How long does onboarding take?

Two business days end-to-end: provision the school, run a 30-min instructor onboarding, hand over cohort codes for cadets to self-join. We migrate up to 90 days of historic logbook data on request.

Can we cancel?

Monthly: cancel anytime, prorated to the day. Annual: full refund within the first 14 days; partial credit after that, applied to the next term. We don't lock you in — if it's not earning its keep, we shouldn't keep your money.
