Saudi instrument rating
An instrument rating permits flight in instrument meteorological conditions, under IFR.
Eligibility
Hold at least a PPL and a valid medical certificate.
Training
Complete instrument instruction and the required instrument time, including approaches.
Test
Pass the instrument theory and the instrument-rating skill test.
