Who we are
flygaca.com is operated by BDA Company International (شركة بدع الدولية), CR 7030976893, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — the data controller under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Fly GACA is its independent educational reference. Reach us at privacy@flygaca.com.
What we collect
A waitlist email if you provide one, your chat questions to Captain Adel, and basic technical logs for security and reliability.
Why we use it
To run the service, answer your questions, and keep it secure, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest.
Where your data is stored
Your account data is personal data and is stored in-Kingdom on Google Cloud in Dammam (me-central2), in line with the PDPL. Chat questions are processed in a nearby Google Cloud region (me-central1).
Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. We use processors (Firebase, Cloudflare) to operate the service, and disclose data only if required by law.
Your rights under the PDPL
You may ask to be informed about, access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent. Contact privacy@flygaca.com.
Cookies & retention
We use minimal local storage (such as your language choice) and privacy-friendly analytics. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) or the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
