1. An independent educational tool
Fly GACA is a privately built study aid and reference library for Saudi civil aviation. It is not an official source, not a government service, and carries no official status. Nothing on this site should be read as issued or approved by GACA.
2. GACA is the authoritative source
Regulations, aeronautical information and forms change over time. Where Fly GACA indexes or describes a document, the official copy published by GACA always prevails. If anything here conflicts with the official publication, the official publication is correct and Fly GACA is not.
3. For study and reference only — not for operational use
The content on Fly GACA is provided for education, study and familiarisation. It must not be used for flight planning, in-flight decisions, dispatch, maintenance sign-off, or any other operational purpose. Always work from current, official documentation.
4. Aeronautical information, aerodromes and charts
Material derived from the Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP) — including aerodrome entries and VFR charts — changes on the 28-day AIRAC cycle and can change between cycles. It is shown here for familiarisation only. Not for operational use. Always verify the current AIP and NOTAMs from the official source before any flight.
5. No warranty of accuracy or completeness
Fly GACA is provided "as is". While we aim for accuracy, we make no warranty that the content is accurate, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose, and we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on it. Verification against the official source is your responsibility.
6. Not professional or operational advice
Fly GACA does not provide legal, regulatory, operational or professional advice. It is not a substitute for an aircraft's POH or AFM, for a flight instructor, for an operator's approved procedures, or for the judgement of the pilot in command.
7. Captain Adel — the AI study assistant
When available, Captain Adel is an educational assistant. Its answers cite their sources and point to the official GACA copy, but they are study aids, not authoritative rulings, and may contain errors. Captain Adel never reproduces ICAO Annexes or aircraft manuals, and never substitutes for a POH or AFM. Always verify against the latest official publication.
8. Names and trademarks
"GACA", "GACAR" and related names are used on this site descriptively, to refer to the regulations and publications they identify. Those names and any related marks belong to their owner, the General Authority of Civil Aviation. Their use here does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
